Stallholder Application
The 2025 TAFE NSW Grafton Jacaranda Markets will be held on the campus on Clarence Street, Grafton on Saturday 1st November.
The event opens at 8am and closes at 2pm.
Food vendor and general stall applications are now OPEN - closing 5pm Monday 29th September.
REQUIREMENTS
To trade at TAFE NSW Jacaranda Market Day, stallholders must have current insurance cover for up to $20 million.
Food vendors will also require a valid food handling / safety supervisor certificate and be registered as a mobile vendor, either with your home Council or with Clarence Valley Council.

Please note, you will not be permitted to trade until your payment and proof of the appropriate licensing and insurance requirements are received.
SITE FEES
$60 per 3x3m unpowered site.
$80 per 3x3m powered site.
There are 28 x 10amp powered sites. Power leads must be appropriately rated at 10 amps, depending on your specific power requirements. If you require a power lead rated at 10 amps but only have a 15-amp power lead available, you must use a step-down box to ensure the power supply is compatible.
For larger sites, select the number of sites required, eg. selecting ‘2’ buys you a 6x3m site and will cost $120 for an unpowered site.
Bump-in is between 5am and 7am. All vehicles must be offsite by 7am.
HOW TO APPLY
Read the terms and conditions, complete the application form and email us copies of your insurance and applicable licences. Within 7 days of receipt, you’ll receive a site allocation and payment link by email from TAFE NSW.

Please send us an email with a copy of your $20M Public Liability insurance policy Certificate of Currency and where applicable, food handling / safety supervisor certificate and Council mobile food vendor licence.
Next Steps
A confirmation email and stall site location will be emailed to you within 7 days of receipt of your application, along with a link to the payment website.
Stall sites are not confirmed until payment is received. A TAFE NSW Indemnity form will be issued prior to the event which will need to be signed and returned by all stallholders.
